Stop "One New Caller" From Display

Customer, was told if they enable personal directory on si server 4.5 they would have Corp Directory. When I got here
phones display the one new caller, how do I disable this.

Press "Options" on the set. Arrow down to "Call Log Options". Press "Select". Arrow down to "New Call Indication" and press the soft key to turn it off. Press "Done". Press "Quit".

Also, corp. directory is a function of TM, not SigServer.

Sig Server is Personal Directory and it is labeled that way. TM actually puts the corp directory on the PBX and the phones pull it from there. Personal directory is for callers list, redial list and personal directory. Customer should research before tehy go messing with things. They also probably did not know that you have to have CPRA in the CLS for the corporate directory to work also.

Correct, as I explained to them. justwnted to know if there was a way to remove the "New Call Indication" from all phones via command. So I sent an email to all users on how to shut it off if they choose.
