Ok, here's a new one. I have SPM V8.0 installed on my XP desktop PC and am trying to dial into a customer's switch via assist. trans. Everything goes fine until I click the "OK" button once I hear modem tone. Then POOF! My PC does a hard restart like someone shut it off. Nothing else is affected and all that comes up afterwards is an error asking to be sent to Microsoft.
Has anyone ever had SPM cause this? I have the SPM install CD, and removed and re-installed the prog. already, and it still does it. I also tried the upgrade to 9.0 from Avaya's site- still shuts down.
Any ideas?
