Hey All Monday ugh..... anyway need some help I am new to the company and apparently they have a way where they can speed dial all the other locations in various States. I had to make a change to a number and I can not locate how this was done. From a desk phone you simple dial 3373XXX where XXX is the speed list call. Where do i make changes and or how is this working. Also is there something that needs to be changed in the cls as this doesnt work from my phone. Thanks

Thanks however this did not help as i recieve error message like the number is not in a speed dial list

Do a DNB on 3373, or 33 or just 3 if needed.

This might be CDP. You need to figure out what the 3nnn is

That is your SPRE code. You can change your SPRE code to something else. Do you have many analog users that your SPRE for functions?

I am lost. user can dial 3373XXX and the system automatically dials. Is that done by spree code? all i want to do is changeone of the XXX number has changed

Don't change the SPRE cause it is not a problem. If 33 is SPRE and we know "73" is System Speed (that is the same in all CS1000s), then users are accessing a System Speed List. You just have to figure out what list.

Print your TN and some other phone that does work:

Look for the SSU Value. That is the "List Number"

Put that value on your phone

Go to LD18 and edit that list as needed.
