SpectraLink e340 "No Func. Code" error 1

A user brought their wireless SpectraLink e340 in with "No Func. Code" on the display. Other wireless phones set up on the same 3300 controller are not having issues. Any ideas as to the cause of the error? Thanks!

This is from a Spectralink Admin Guide.

No Func Code. Handset software download files are
incorrect or corrupted.
Reconfigure the handset to gain access to the
WLAN and download new code.

Thanks tcibp - I was able to reconfigure and download the files. All is good.
