Has the phone got the latest firmware?
Is it the same as your existing handsets?

What type of WLAN protocol are you using WMM, CCX or CCKM?
Is the handset set to the correct type?

it is set to SVP server and put SVP server IP address , and I am using authentication using WPA and try WPA2 too

As it is a SVP what model is it as some of them have a handset limit?

it is SVP 8000 and I have just tow phones

I think you have to setup a range of alias IP addresses along with real IP addresses.

Have you added all the config files to the TFTP server with the extn numbers

slnk-cfg.cfg
sip_allusers.cfg
sip_xxxxxx.cfg

what I must use for IP addresses range? range of phones IP's?

They need to be in the same subnet as the real ones so they can connect to each other
