I am new to a phone system. I have Nec NEAX2000 IVS phone system with Repartee 7.42 Voice Mail system. I have a problem with VM system as follows:
If Customer call to phone system , VM picks up the phone and plays the Company Welcome Greeting. If customer press the specific extension to reach some dept, he can talk with that dept. If that dept is no available at that time, then call goes to Company welcome greeting , instead of that individual's VM.
Please help me out to solve this problem.
