I am running CallPilot 201i and under Server Settings > Resources it says

Number of Mailboxes 200
Number of Fax Messaging Mailboxes 200
Number of Desktop Messaging Mailboxes 210

Under Users > Mailbox Classes it says:

Regular User 79
Basic User 5
Executive User 0
Assistant 0
Administrator 1
Fax Buffering 0
Symposium CDN 16
Vmail Fax Desktop 99

However, when I try to add a new regular user it says “System limit has been reached for Member Counter.” What is going on?

79+5+0+0+1+0+16+99=200

Number of mailboxes is the total number you can have on your system. The numbers next to the Mailbox Class descriptions show you how many are assigned to that specific Mailbox Class. Total them up and you have reached your limit. Fax messaging and Desktop messaging are sold as separate licenses as most users don't require these features. They are not in addition to the 200, they are features available within the 200.

Hope this helps
Rob
