Can someone explain this to me...
If I upgrade from 8.0 to 8.1 and I find a bug that wasn´t there in 8.0, I need to pay Avaya just to have the problem looked at by Avaya. I need to pay them to help them fix their problem? Is this really correct, because it just don´t make sense to me?
