Hi
What is the best way to rebuild all the users voicemail boxes without bringing the system down? or minimal outage
I am experiencing a weird problem where %70 of the users are unable to receive left vicemails with no prompt for a new messages??
It sounds like a corruption and I appreciate any hints on a quicker way to resolve it.

R8.1 with a 6 ports embedded inuity voicemail(Same thing when use IPO mode)

Thank you
Sam

You could try to stop and start the SD card.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Done it few times and I even restarted the system

Try to delete a user and recreate a new one.

I renumbered the base station.. Deleted the extension, deleted the user.. same problem? Is it better to replace the SD card?

I would first default the IPO then put a backup in after that goto embedded file management and select upload system files. If that does not work you could try another SD card or start from scratch.

Remove the Space on the end of the user name

Here is what I did which worked the trouble for me:
1. Backed up the config on the IPO
2. Copied the existing LVMAIL directory on the SD card to my PC
2. Defaulted the IPO
3. Restored the config
4. override the LVMAIL directory on the SD card with the LVMAIL on step "2"
5. rebooted the IPO

All worked fine :).. Thank you so much for your ideas and responses
