Some questions about SV9100

1. What is difference between DID and DDI mode switching (command 22-01)? They make me confused

2. I always get error message "That mailbox does not exist" when i dial my mailbox number from my telephone (dial 5999, then my mailbox number). I changed value the following values:

47-02:
Mailbox: 1
47-02-01: Personal
47-02-02: 101

Mailbox: 2
47-02-01: Personal
47-02-02: 102

47-13:
Dial Action Table: 1
Dial Digit Action Destination
1 Unscreened Transfer XXX (default: empty)
...
0 Unscreened Transfer 101 (default: 200)
...
Timeout Unscreened Transfer 101 (default: 200)


Other InMail settings are default.

Did i miss something (like configuration, license,...) ?

pbxnewbie99, DID and DDI are the same thing as in the SV8100, stands for Direct Dial Incoming, are you calling the pilot of inmail? you can use the softkey VMsg to gain access to your mailbox.
