I have searched everywhere for manuals, YouTube videos, and I can't find anything on how to set up an Automated Attendant Service. I really need this set up for our business and can't figure out how it is done. I have figured out caller ID log, Voice mail, and I kind of understand these things but they are a completely different language! What I have is the Avaya Partner system and Lucent Euro 18D model phones (p acs r4.0 c01) I was told this is possible to set up with what I have. Please help. Thank you!

So it won't let you dial 0# and a password instead of 10#?

Because 10# is just logging into the personal mailbox for Ext. 10, 0# is the system administrator's mailbox, where you make changes including recording the automated attendant prompt.

Never Mind it works now. Before it said invalid entry or option but now it brings be to the auto-attendant! Thank you so much. I will go ahead and program this and make sure everything works correctly! Thank you

Last question! How do I know the individual mail box numbers? I want there to be a message about roofing specialist when they hit that line, leave information for estimate when they go to that line, etc...

Never mind it is automatically set up... OK, I think this should be the last question (like the last one...) I can't access some of the mailbox's because I don't know the password to get in and change it!!! How do I reset the password so I can use that specific mailbox. Thanks!
