Hi All,
I Have issue about DTMF from mobile phone (celular phone).
Any incomming call will be transfer to IVR.
press 1 for sales
press 2 for technical
press 3 for HRD
Press 4 for IT Support
we try to call IVR from FIX LINE (TELECOM LINE) and press 1, press 2, press 3, press 4 are OK then transfer to destination.
but when we try to call IVR from MOBILE PHONE Provider, only press 4 is fine transfer to destination. press 1, 2 or 3 is not trigger the destination extension..
we tried with 4 mobile phone providers with same result.
if I trace it in monitor. i see log here:
