Softphone will install but not run

Anyone ever install this client have the install look good and then not able to launch it? I look in event viewer and there’s no reference to a program failure. When I go to launch the app either from program files or “quick launch” I get the software splash, but then nothing else even happens.
This is all that come up on screen softphone.exe has experienced a problem and needs close on the first attempt after that nothing

we had problems with dot net on XP. Once we got that going the softphone would work.

Try updating .net.

Yes all PC work except 2

Check thanti-virus software. It may be blocking it too. I've had that happen before.
