Softphone Mobile Twinning "Buttom" 1

Hi,

is there a way to have a twinning buttom on softphone like you can do on a desktop phone?
Can`t find such a thing.
Up to now, I have 3 buttons (with underlying shortcodes) programmed:
Mobile Twinning ON
Mobile Twinning OFF
Mobile Twinned Calls Pickup

So now: how to send a call (having with a softphone) to the twinned mobile number (with 1 click)?

Have you tried adding a Twinning buttom (!) on the Features tab? Don't have a softphone to hand to check which buttpn features are supported there.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Actually, my eyes are red from searching that buttom/functionality on the functions tab. Help!

Sorry but if Twinning is not there in the set of functions provided by that tab then its not a supported button feature for the softphone.

This might help you out, the "call steal" function from the mobile device.

Setup FNE Short Codes on the system + ICR for at least these codes: 00, 01, 19, and 20.
(If you need help with this, hit F1> Search> "one-X Mobile Client")

If you have One-X Lite installed on an Iphone: Settings> One-X Lite> EC500 Specific Settings>

Enable: phone no. to hit FNE code 20
Disable: phone no. to hit FNE code 19
Active: phone no. to hit FNE code 01
Idle: phone no. to hit FNE code 00

In the App, hit the soft button "Extend Call", this takes over an active call from the extn that is twinned, if no active call, you get dial tone.


If you just want to check if it works, just dial the full number from any kind of mobile phone.
Add the mobile number to the user and twin ON, make ICR for that test number to a FNE Short Code 01 (lets say *7701/FNE/01/0), merge.
