Softphone DTMF issue with account code..

Hello everyone, We have IPO V2 on 8.1(65) with PRI trunk.
I have a problem with the DTMF on softphone when we put account code. The account code are directly on the PRI, and when we try to put the code when prompt, i see the digit on the softphone but no DTMF is heard...so the call is not passing true with the provider.
I know it is working fine when calling and AA and dialing an extension DTMF is working fine but not with the account code...
Can i do something with that issue??

I think softphone is not capable for that, we also tried it long time ago but we failed. If someone is successfully done this to work please shed a light here.
