Softconsole with multi windows account

Hello,

My client as a softconsole installed on his pc.
All configuration are done as administrator but when he log
with the account of the receptionist he must redo the configuration. Is there anything to do to prevent this ?

What are the rights of this user?
The user must have local rights for writing to the C: drive.
Softconsole needs to put his config file anywhere the user has writing permission.
This can be than local or on a server.
If u want to put this on a server change the settings of the softconsole.
