Softconsole not showing BLF tab R10 SP2

I have Just installed a Server Edition at the latest software level R10.0 SP2 and the site has Softconsole. this is being run as Administrator in properties and on a Windows 10 PC

The customer has told me this morning that when the receptionist logged on, the BLF tab has not displayed

This is similar to the many problems at R9 with Softconsole.

Any got any ideas please?

We had something similar and the resolution was to default the skin (i did not do this fix so this is all i know)

This site is already running the old skin as they did not like the new one

Check the template they are using, the Admin2 and 3 templates don't include the BLF panel.

Also if someone has Administrator, they can use the View menu to turn on or off BLF panel display.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
