Hello
We have a client who uses soft console on the reception desk. When they get an external call she answers and patches through to the appropriate extension. But if that extension is busy or what have you and she wants to end the call, she will press "end" but this hangs up both calls not just the extension. when using it in the office it works fine.
any ideas would be great.
