Client has avaya IP Office version 10 , every month for some reason the soft console password needs to be reset, i cannot find the setting to disable the feature , is there a way to set the password not to expire?
The password doesn't expire on SC
It uses the User password and I would make sure that the User - Telephony - TUI option uncheck the "Passcode change" because it is either a bug or user error and I guess the latter.
Also if the user has one-x portal as well take that away because the same password is used for that.
Web-Administration is also a way to change it so take that away as well if it is enabled.
If all that is not working then look at the exact version and maybe there is an upgrade out there and you can do a dot release upgrade to see if that fixes it.
