I have a customer with a IP Office 9.0 and I just installed soft console, with the correct license, installed program, opened it pushed the browse button and it was able to find the IP Office. We I pushed the user list drop down, it said it could not connect to the IP Office. If I manually entered the extn number of the receptionist, it will open, but it is not populated with users. I have tried this using a windows 7 and windows 10 computers, and I have even tried to direct connecting to see if it was a network issue, but the result is the same. What am I missing?
