At softconsole the que calls are not showing up on the que bar and attendant does not know a call is in que visually until she hangs-up from existing call then it bounces out to her.
Checked the hunt group to make sure que feature is active and starts after 10 sec [default] we hear the que message then music so the call is in que it just does not show up on the que bar in softconsole.
Any ideas ?
