Soft Console Alternatives

We are finding more and more that the Avaya Soft Console console is too buggy and is lacking features compared to other systems on the market.
Does anyone know of a a feature rich 3rd party Soft Console that works well on an IP Office they can recommend?

It has been for two years since I installed a SoftConsole and no, we don't have a alternative so we sell a lot of buttons...

Hopefully they aren't stupid enough to base it on One-X Portal.

"You want an operator Console?" ..."Sure you just need a server to run this software on, preferred edition licence so you can run One-X and then this Console licence....much money please"

Onn the other had, in that case it will be an web based solution.

Then it will also work on citrix systems.

There is a One-x Console on the Aura.
