SMGR showing incorrect time

Avaya SMGR6.0 i am not able to adjust time!
Time is showing one hour less than actual time , however in SP it is showing the correct time with correct time zone.
There is NTP configured in SP but also when i remove it and use manual configuration and reboot SP it does not correct the time in SMGR.
i tried to set the time manualy on SMGR via CLI with no joy. It seems that it is not reflecting by any way on SMGR.i even set the time via SMGR CLI to be one hour less but also no way.
The issue is that there is one hour difference between SMGR and (SM which have correct time) which is affecting the DRS and as a result SM is not getting up.
As a history we had the SMGR certificate expired and i renewed it and issued the initTM on SM and it was successfull but initDRS is not successfull due to time difference between the two systems.
Any suggestions that could help here?
 
Maybe log in as root on SMGR and set the time manually?

If you're not going to upgrade... give it a shot

stop jboss and change the time, reboot and give it a go.

I already tried to set it manually via root but it also did not respond to the new changes, always show one hour less.
I will try tomorrow the other way round by stopping / starting jboss. hopefully it works.
