SMDR errors

I am running Delta Server 5.2.13 to create SMDR.csv files. The problem is about 2 out of every 10 calls shows the date 1899 12/30. Does anyone know of fix or a Delta Server that doesnt create these errors that will work with an IP Office 500 running 4.0.7

Seeing as nobody else replied i thought i would.

This is a known issue. Contact your distributor and ask for the fix.

There is a PB of delta server in existence that fixes this issue.

Also the next version of CCC will have a fix for this in its delta server.

Please confirm if you are definately running delta server 5.2.13, and if u did a reboot.

5.2.13 was created to fix the 1899 time stamp caused by an analogue extension dialing a busy number.
 
So far there are about 12 known scenarios that can cause this issue. One regarding twinning, one regarding a lost call etc etc.

Avaya were fixing these issues on an as and when basis, until there were a few too many of these it was decided that the root cause needed to be found.

It has been found and it has been fixed, the fix is in a PB i have, 5.2.13 may also be a fix as my PB is 5.2.12, .13 may be the next release. And slso the DS that comes with the next CCC will also have the fix.

We have IP Office 4.0.7 and Deltaserver 5.2.13. The SMDR still has records from 1899.
 
I have the PB 5.2.12 that as i have been informed has the root cause of these errors fixed.

I have passed this to about 6 resellers who have confirmed that the issue has been fixed.

I would assume that 5.2.13 has the same fixes in it that 5.2.12 has, however from what you are saying maybe they have not hit it on the head squarely.

Where did you get 5.2.13 from?

The problem has been fixed, it took Avaya R & D to get me a patch. I had tried some of the older Delta Servers that I knew worked, but I got a Comms failure every time. Thanks for the imput and help.
 
5 2 12 works for us - put .13 on reintroduced the problem so went back to 12
 
Just notice that 5.2.12 intermittantly fails to smdr dialled number - the field is blank.

5.2.13 reintroduces the bug with the date 1899

i now have a 5.2.14 - let see how i get on with that!

 
We are stuck on IPO 2.1 (78) can anyone tell me which and where CCC / Delta works properly with this version?
