Quite often I am getting this set of AUD errors. CS1000E 5.5 CAM06.

I haven't been able to synch up the timing, but as these audits have been coming in, there have been complaints of one way speech and dropped calls.

Also, every time I log out of the switch (my Element Manager is slow as all heck, so I use the terminal via TM - the ELAN is private, so PuTTY or a similar program isn't always accessible) I get these audits:

AUD104 0000026E 00000289 0F306142 00000001 0F35426C

AUD104 000004EE 00000498 0F348ADE 00000001 0F266F4E

Guesses?

Well ... bummer. I was hoping CAM06 would fix some issues like this (we get AUD93, 19 and 17 as well). It could be something with signalling ... perhaps try to ping your ELAN from your PC to see if you get response (you shouldn't). We do and our NetEng team is working to get ACLs in place. VLAN is not enough to segregate the ELAN. We also had some other traffic on our ELAN, so with a packet sniff we were able to determine what was going on.

The ELAN is actually 100% private from the rest of my LAN/WAN. 2 seperate routers connected via a point to point (telco, not fibre - we have a remote site with a cabinet in it) Those routers both have switches hanging off of them - of course and the ELAN, and ELAN only hangs off those switches.

I would wonder why your Element Manager is so slow?? Perhaps issue some tracert commands from your DOS prompt and see if you can find some sort of bottleneck. Even something around 200ms could be causing an issue. Did you even attempt to ping the ELAN - my guess would be that you don't get response based on your info. Also, are you able to do a packet capture? Maybe you can find something in that ... analyze with WireShark.

I can attempt an analysis, but I cannot ping my ELAN from my WAN as it is private. Are you asking me to put a PC on the ELAN and see if I can ping elements on the ELAN itself?

Well ... you could try that as it would suggest regular data traffic (if it can reach the ELAN) could be conflicting. I am just saying we have similar errors on our PBX and we don't have ACLs in place (but I can ping my ELAN). Basically, you would want to look at a sniffer trace to see if you see any strange traffic on the ELAN (at least this is my next step when CAM06 loadware does not fix our issues).

These AUDs are also Call Register related Audit messages and could simply be the PBX 'cleaning house' meaning that they are not errors to be concerned with. PBXs do not run 'error message free' so to speak.

You likely need someone elses input on this as we don't have CAM06 yet for me to further analyze our PBX.

Our agents have not complained about one way speech and dropped calls with these messages. It also depends how many reports you have had because with the abundance of cell phones it could be the customer end that is dropping the call. Just food for thought.

I've found these 2 details below

AUD093 causes call cut offs. Patch 27093 for Rls 5.50
27093 AUD093 due to no IPMG check in LD 44 AUDIT.
Note on patch says AUD093 can cause possible crosstalk or sudden one-way speech.

Patch 27175 for Rls 5.50
27175 AUD093 OR AUD104 caused by DPNSS Route Optimisation (RO) not updating the associated PTN for IPMG TN's
Note if this patch is loaded onto a switch that has patch 27093 fitted then an AUD104 error is seen.

NTP's Description for AUD0104
AUD0104 ACTIVECR of physical TN points to call register which is in idle queue.
ACTIVECR of physical TN is corrected.

I hope that this helps?.
