Hi all,

I have an SLC24 installed in an OS4K V7 R1.39.0, the card in ready in the dis-bcsu and light green but the BS5 don't come up and keep resetting, I already tried a BS4 but noway; same issue.
The latest loadware available in SEBA has been loaded, so if anyone have the thinest clue , please share it .

Thank you

Use the latest CAT Tool
Use the CAT 7.0
Cordless/Modules and BaseStations/ BS Ports Overview
Ensure all Ports required are ticked to show 'in use'

Thank you SBCSU,

I'm using the CAT 7.0.18, but I will install the latest CATool and let you know.

Also please check the obvious.
Wiring of base stations - wire from left to right - ignore the first screw connector on the left.
Use a pair from the first 16 pairs on the next 2 screw down connectors for 4 simultaneous conversations.
Use a pair from either the first 16 or last 8 to run 4 extra possible conversations on the next 2 screw down connectors.
Use a pair from either the first 16 or last 8 to run 4 extra possible conversations on the next 2 screw down connectors.
Ignore the last screw down connector on the right hand side.

Is this a DECT upgrade from a previous version or a new fresh install

Hi SBCSU,

Yes this is a fresh new install, anyway when you said to check the obvious you been definitely Right why: because it turn to be an MDF labeling problem , we been cabling the BS5 in an SLMO position that's why the base station keep reseting,
So this is for the next field tshooting

Thank you

Hi Tecnouser,
Yes it happens to us all... :)
If I am ever having problems like that I like to setup a single new base station straight off the cable to see what is happening.
At least you have it sorted out now.
