I have a customer that needs to upgrade an Option 11 system.

The customer is unable to assist in telling us what they have right now, other than it's an Option 11.

What steps do I need upon arrival to fully survey the 11 to "see what they have" in terms of software levels, ports available, etc etc?

Any help you can give would be greatfully appreciated. Thank you.

you need to get hold of the keycode sheet and then ..login to system and capture the tid , software rls and sytem limits and always make a cab map of the system
 
Customer has just taken over this 11 and probably wont have the keycode sheet.

I was hoping for more for of a way to prt out the info via ld's to see what it has, if that is possible. I am more of a MAC tech and don't know how to extract this type of info.

Thanks GHTROUT... you once again out did yourself. I have successfully downloaded, installed and used OrderPro 9.0. It pulled so much info from the switch that I don't know what most of it is. Time to get the books up and do some research. Thanks again.
