I have a customer that needs to upgrade an Option 11 system.
The customer is unable to assist in telling us what they have right now, other than it's an Option 11.
What steps do I need upon arrival to fully survey the 11 to "see what they have" in terms of software levels, ports available, etc etc?
Any help you can give would be greatfully appreciated. Thank you.
