SIP User configuration.

How much of the troubleshooting did you follow in that doc?

What's a voicent and how does it relate to that doc?
 
I checked all the document. Don't have access to traceSM to do troubleshooting. Voicent is a predicte dialer app.
 
Then it's probably not registering as a set, it's probably needing to be set up as a trunk, which makes the config doc you have irrelevant. And if you can't trace, you can't troubleshoot.
 
I have a trunk set up for SIP. The session manager recognizes the user but is not assigning an IP to it.
 
SM never assigns IPs to anything. SM can do sets and trunks - either with users created with passwords which things can register those accounts to, or with entities and entity links to designated IPs that you can build trunks to.

SM won't give an IP to anything though.
 
So if I have a user in sip user but I can't make a call. What I should do or verify as troubleshooting?
