We never install SBC, if a customer wants it then he has to call a specialist on the matter.
There is a tool called Monitor which can be used to monitor about anything including SIP connections.
If you are not at least a bit familiar with IP Office then find some on site help from someone who has the knowledge, trying to learn it via this site is a bad idea.
I am somewhat familiar with the IPO and I'm working with a couple of guy that kbow it well. They just havent set up SIP trunks yet. The only puopose of the SBG is to give us traffic shaping to control the bandwidth
