Hey all,

I purchased 4X SIP Trunk Licences for IPO412 but i cannot find anywhere if its 1 call per licence or multiple calls?

Can someone help?

Thanks,

You have bought 4 channels
So 4 calls

ACA - Implement IP Office
ACS - Implement IP Office
ACA - Voice Services Management

It all depends on your license (how many) and how many channels or (talk paths)the SIP provider allows you to have or lease from them.

"Religion is regarded by the common people as true, by the wise as false, and by the rulers as useful"
"The lack of money is the root of all evil" [machinegun] [flip]

4 concurrent calls from as many users as you have to as many providers as you want (within the limits of the IPO).
BTW, usually you can purchase more channels from the ITSP.
Now the question you would want to ask your ITSP is: If I purchase more then one DID/DOD are the number of channels limited to the account or to each DID/DOD number?
