We have installed Avaya IPO R9.0 at one location & we have to configure SIP trunk to Matrix Eternity NE system.
Both the locations have different ISP's Internet with static IPs.
Both have firewall & router. Both EPABXs are configured to use SIP trunks.
Still we are enable to make a perfect call to each other.
