Customer running IPO 500 9.0.829. VM Pro 9.0.311. Using a Broadview SIP trunk. If we have the LAN 2 connected directly to our ISP static Public address, everything works 100% fine. We are trying to put a firewall in place between the public address and our LAN 2. We are able to make and receive calls but when a call goes to VM, there is no Voice. We have tried using a Cisco ASA 5510 and also tried a Cisco RV120. Both firewalls have the same issue. I'm assuming its a setting in the firewall but we cannot figure out what. He have disabled H323 inspect on the ASA and SIP Alg on the RV120. IP routes in IP Office have been changed accordingly.
Any thing else we should be looking at?

and i assume you actually have an embedded auto attendant called Recordings, and you've setup a recording, on this attendant?

ok, so I changed the Lan1 Network Topology Firewall type from "Full Cone NAT" which is what STUN Detected to "Static Port Block" and now everything appears to be working.
