Hi,

We have Call Manager 4.1(r)3 and are trying to configure a SIP trunk to connect with the citrix EasyCall service. I have been getting some support from the Citrix forum and from our account manager. However, we have not had any precise details on the SIP trunk setup.

When using Wireshark on the current set up we can see easycall requesting the SIP trunk setup but CCM4.1 refuses reporting destination as unreachable

Any thoughts on this?

Thanks

Geoff

I have been trying to build a SIP trunk between a 3.1.4 Avaya CM and a Cisco 4.1.3 Call Manager. The documentation says it should work but 3 Business Parters and our Cisco SE's are all saying it either doesnt work well or is a pain in the rear to get working at all.

I hope you figure it out because I could sure use some info.

In our case the trunks show up on the Avaya side and down on the call manager side.

I take it you have explored the Cirtix site. I have also found a few threads that just dry up after someone mentions upgrading or "there are a extra few settings to cinfigure". However, not one person happens to mention what settings and where they are.

It may be that a media termination point is required.. though really not sure.

Lets hope some techs can help sort us out.
