I have a customer who has installed a sip door phone. The phone registers and works when calling 1 extension. The door phone vendor is saying there is a setting that will allow the extension to call 2 other extensions simultaneously when a button is pressed and that I need to allow the user/extension to make simultaneous/concurrent calls. As I understand it, a user can only place 1 call at a time and must either put the first call on hold or hang up before making a second call. Is there a setting I'm missing or is the door phone vendor sending me on a wild goose chase?

Sounds useless on IP Office, the doorstation can call a collective group with 64+ members.

Thanks. Sending to hunt group rings both phones, but the way their saying their system works is that it needs to place a second call to get the video to pop up on a second PC's monitor and right now is only popping to one of the two.
