sip ext no voice

my client have tde600
remote extentions sip work by vpn
the extention is working and the mic is working but the extention cant hear the 3rd party talk too.

i opened ports for the dsp and 5060 to the pbx.

anyone know?
 
give priority to voice traffic in firewall
check codec settings in phone and pbx E.g g711 u or Gg711 a
tcp/udp flood disable
if there is one way audio use symmetric rtp.
check network latency must be less than 150ms
nat setting in firewall must be disabled
 
If its on a vpn you don’t need the ports open on the firewall. Does it work on the local site?
 
Sounds like the VPN is not routing properly

Is it a site to site VPN or an ssl one on the phone/pc
 
Is the traffic from the Phone network fully permitted to the network where the PBX is?
