I am having an issue where only 2 of my branches are not getting Caller ID from SIP Provider Nextiva. After talking to them we ran some tests and now I am getting the caller ID in the header request. But I cannot figure out why I cannot get the name to display on the phones... I have tried both Favor Directory and Favor Trunk. Here is what the invite looks like:

I have masked some info since I am an over paranoid person haha. But as you can see, the "From" info is correct. But on System Status and the phones, the contact info 5555556038@208.255.255.75 is how the call is presented. Any suggestions?
