SIP/2.0 407 Proxy Authentication Required on 3 out of 12 9608 Phones

I have a perfectly working 500 V2 running 9.1.11.0 build 202. Inbound and Outbound is working except for the fact that the customer is not happy that on 3 of the extensions the CLID for all outbound calls is displaying as "Unknown Caller". I went in and user shortcodes tab is clean, I have reset the extension to default, checked line by line the user setting to match a working extension, examined monitor where everything is exactly the same as the working extensions except for the Proxy Authentication Required error, am I missing something?

Where to look at:
Do these users have a DDI?
If not then enter the to send number in the user SIP settings as Contact and display name etc

I thought about the SIP tab but I did not try changing it because I ran out of time waiting for my brain to come off from the infinite reboot loop it was in trying to make sense of something that did not make sense to me. I needed to take a step back to put my brain back together and look at this from a nonsensical perspective. I will go back to test it and I will post the results.

Could be that the user enabled anonymous from his phone. You can't see that in Manager.

derfloh, If "Reset Values" on the 9608 clears the anonymous option then that's not an issue but if it doesn't, where do I find that? Never heard of that option before.
