This is a real simple question that the vendors cant seem to answer. Are business partners required to sell equipment and software at NPL??? I searched and searched this site and the best I came up referencing anything with NPL was thread940-1133922.

The answer is no. you can sell it at any price you want. you could give them away or you could charge more than NPL too.

You absolutely do not...and are not expected to...sell IP Office (or any other) Avaya equipment at NPL prices. In certain non-competetive instances you might, but anytime you are competing it will be difficult. Avaya is more expensive at NPL than many brands...although it is warranted. Also, if you apply for special pricing from Avaya they are looking for you to have extremely thin margins in order to help you out.

I was curious because I am always getting info from Avaya with specials like 10% off NPL but was wondering who actually pays NPL???
