Howdy,

Is this possible?

Sadly, we have migrated most of my 9100's to Cisco and we are in the decommissioning stages of these systems. I know I can physically visit to power these off, but was hoping to save myself a bit of driving. I understand that I will need to visit if the power down fails the scream test, and accept that risk. I've connected via DIM and attempted to run the SHUTDOWN command, but I receive the following message "Unknown Command:SHUTDOWN." The POWER OFF command accepts, but it doesn't power down the PBX. I could load a default config, which would effectively break everything, which is also a possibility. Any ideas?

Thank you

Send someone to the switch room and turn it off. You can remotely reboot, but you cannot shut it off.

I figured as much. I'll need to be that someone. There's no technical staff onsite and we have other critical equipment that I wouldn't want to risk having turned off by mistake. Short of having a video chat with someone to confirm 100% that they hit the right switch, I guess I'm driving. No biggie, thanks for the confirmation.
