Situation;
Huntgroup with 8 agents sitting in same office/room. Call comes in on the group (sequential hunting) and agent wants to do pickup of that call. Is it possible to show the number/name of the incoming call on the main screen before answering the call?
Phone type is J139 ans CA buttins are all in use so unable to get the CA buttons of the other 8 collegues in the same group.
