I'm being asked if it's possible to show the actual answering attendant extension number in CDR. CDR seems to only display
0 as the called number.
Test call is as follows:
1. Incoming call from 3331232135 rings the listed directory number 44444
2. Attendant #1 (ext.32140) rings for 4s
3. Attendant #1 answers and talks for 16s
4. Attendant #1 drops the call
Received CDR is:
01261512510800004 G 44444 3331232135 001 210 0 0 09999135341422301863 0 0
01261512511200016 9 0 3331232135 001 210 7 0 0 09999135341422301863 0 1
In CDR, the dialed-number shows 0 for the answered record. I want to instead show the answering extension 32140.
Is this possible?
