Shortcode question IP Office 3.2

Hi,

Quick question. I want to add a shortcode on IP Manager so that users can dial a four digit extension and the system automatically routes to call to a different office. Our other office has a different phone system but all numbers are within the same range.

I was going to add a short code with the following:

code: 8xxx
Feature: Dial
Telephone number: the number excluding the last four digits

Will this work? Or is what I want to do not possible.

Do you mean Code 8N
Feature Dial
Dial 0123458N

which when you dial 8999 dials 0123458999 for you.
