I need to reconfigure the caller inputs in shoretel. When people hit 0 they are being sent to the wrong operator. How do i do this?

 
Using ShoreWare Director choose Administration > Sites. Choose the site that you need to change the operator for. Under Operator Extension enter the extension number of the operator that you wish to use.
 
We have done this, however it is still xfering the calls to the wrong person..
 
I know this is a dumb question, but is the call handling mode for the operator set to always forward to the person who is receiving the calls?
 
Individual Users can set their own zero out. You can check what they have set under Individual Users, Personal Options,Edit Call Handling Mode and check what they have for personal assistant.
