Shadow Freeze

I am using Windows NT tse sp6 and Citrix 1.8. When we finish shadowing a particular user his session freezes and has to be reset he is using the latest ica client. Has anyone encountered this before?

I've had it before but that was with a published dos program. After stopping shadowing it seems that the session hangs. One thing that helped was pressing ALT-TAB. Then the focus returned to the application. But then again, it happened during a dos program session.
Which Metaframe SP did you install ?

Try SP3.

Also, tell me please more about the application. Is it dos/win16/win32? how is it published ? Who uses it etc. This happens most of the time with old applications that have problems with Metaframe.
