I'm setting up a CCR with English and Spanish as the alternate language. I know for Spanish they have to press option 9. What if I'm using all 8 paths for English to have it go to mailbox and info. For example option 1 will go to info that has english language. What happens when I press 9 then 1? Not sure how can I send that call to hear spanish language. When you record info does it ask you to record alternate language also like recording a menu path?

As long as you have the Alt lang recorded in both places, it will play it in both the CCR and the Info Box.

Sending the call to mailbox. Does it allow you to record alternate greetng?

As far as I know, the mailbox greetings cannot be recorded in 2 languages, however if you only record the name of the mailbox, the system prompt will play it in the appropriate language. (You have reached the mailbox of ... or vous avez rejoind la boite vocale de ) Using french as the example since I have no clue how to say it in spanish.

If it's really important to the customer to record a full message for the mailbox, tell them to keep it short and sweet and record it in both languages in one shot.
