Setting up MICS to a Vega 400 T1 gatway

Has anyone set up a vega 400 T1 gateway with a MICS I have It setup and running but It is streaming errors Timing slips from the nortel to the vega I have tried changing the T1 card and the clocking card this did not help. The Vega is set as the master clock and the nortel is set to secondary both system are set to NI B8ZS ESF and I have changed the cable between the to system. and the port on the vega The MICS is running 6.1 and has 2 t1 cards in it Here is a Shot of the Vega setup

Have you tried making the DTI card in mics the primary clocking and set clock master to off or is one of the DTI cards already set as primary in the mics
 
Yeah, sounds like a linguistic translation issue- Nortel Primary=Slave.
 
FOUND IT the second T1 is a site to site throw the customers cable and I had the second cabinet set as The master clock for that T1 Changer The master to the other cabinet and it fix the slips
