Good day everyone,
I have users at a remote office that connect to a terminal server.(Win Server2003) When they connect the default printer is set to Microsoft document Image Writer, it is not default to the clients main printer like it is supposed to.
I have changed it in Outlook, in printers and faxes and downloaded various tools to set default printers, but everytime they log off and log back on the default is set back to Document Image Writer.
Is there any way to set the default printer permanently without using a logon script to map it during log on?
If I was better at writing scripts I would just do that but my expertise lies in other areas.
Any help would really be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
