Here is link to good example
If that doesn't help I have added this.
Make Sure your computer has VPN support installed
From the Start Menu, navigate to Settings and open the Control Panel.
Double click on ?Add/Remove Programs? to open that control panel item.
Select the Windows Setup Tab.
Highlight ?Communications?
Click the ?Details? button
Scroll to the bottom of the ?Components? list to verify that the item labeled ?Virtual Private Networking? is checked. If a check box doesn?t appear to the left, click in the empty box once so that the check appears. Your machine should install the VPN component automatically. It is possible that you may be asked for your Windows CD, if so, just follow the on-screen instructions.
Versions of Windows prior to Windows Me Second Edition didn't ship with VPN included as a default, but you should be able to download the upgrade for free from Microsoft's web site. If you don't see the 'Virtual Private Networking' option, search for the VPN Update for your operating system on Microsoft's web site:
Be sure to download & install the update.
Click ?OK? and ?OK? to close the dialog boxes.
Setting Up a VPN Connection File
Launch Dialup Networking. In Windows ME, this should be found by using the Start Menu to navigate to Settings and opening Dialup Networking.
Double click on the ?Make New Connection? icon to launch the Make New Connection Wizard.
Under ?Type a name for the computer your are dialing?, enter
BC VPN or something similarly descriptive.
Under ?Select a Device? on the first screen, choose Microsoft VPN Adapter from the drop down.
Click the ?Next? button.
Under Host Name or IP address type in
your company address
Click Next. You will be prompted with a message stating that you successfully created a new dialup networking connection.
Click Finish
Using Your Connection
You should start your VPN connection using the steps below before launching your web browser, e-mail program, or any other Internet software. Your VPN connection also probably won?t work if you have any software-based personal firewalls installed on your computer (such as Zone Alarm or Norton Personal Firewall). If you have one of these products on your PC, will need to either consult the firm providing the software to see how to configure it to work with the BC VPN, or you?ll need to temporarily disable it for connections that require the VPN software.
Open the dialup networking folder (in Windows ME, this can be found by navigating to the Start menu, then Settings, then Dialup Networking.
Your dialup networking folder should now have a connection labeled with the name that you gave it above (probably company VPN). Double-click this icon. A ?Connect to? dialog box will launch.
Enter your company UserID and Password, then click the ?Connect? button. It is not recommended that you select the ?Save Password? button.
You will then see various messages stating that you?re logging onto the company network. The connection should take about 30 seconds. The dialog box will disappear when the connection is established & the VPN Connection icon will appear in your Windows System Tray in the lower right-hand corner of your PC. This icon looks like two PCs, one overlapping the other.
To disconnect your VPN session, simply double-click the VPN Connection icon in your system tray & click the ?Disconnect? button on the dialog box that appears. Note: if you disabled a personal firewall, you will want to re-start it immediately after disconnecting from the VPN.
Good luck!!
