Set up dial by name directory

Hi to all,

I just inherit this IP office and need to make some changes. Most of my background is mainly on the Definity, so this is all new to me. I am trying to find answers to make the proper changes, so all your help is greatly appreciated. This is what I have: IP Office 4.0 with Voicemail PRO. I need to make the following changes.

Change the main greeting
Set up a dial by name directory
When the receptionist steps away, is there a way to set up like a DND button and have it go directly a cover group without having the phone to ring 3 times?

Is there a way to dial into this switch?
How do I access voicemail pro to configure it?

Please, give me detail information since I'm not familiar with this system. I am reading the manuals and I have access to the IP office switch.

Login in to the vmpro machine
Then select the greeting you want to change or make a new one (in the callflow)
Select a phone and record the greeting
Select the greeting and then save and make live (the button)

Dial by name is done by checking the option "dial by name"
This can be found in manager (first connect to the ipo ofcourse) ,then system -> telephony
I believe it is on by default
The first and the last name are set at the user and then the full name !!!

For the receptionist you can set a DND button but you also can set a button for huntgroup out of service of nightservice
Make a group and put in the receptionist
Then in the overflow put a different group with phones or a virtual user for voicemail or announcements

Thank you for your responses. I just found out that we don't have voicemail pro but the Embedded Voicemail. I noticed the "dial by name" option. How will I set this on the AA? Press one for dial by name, and what "string" will the one follow?

dial by name or dial by number??

Dial by name. Callers will get the AA and on that message we want to put the option : if you would like dial by name press one or #?

embedded vmail does not support dial by name. you would have to make another aa and list out the names if there are 11 or less.
